Making leaves

1. Tear or cut a leaf shape. 2. Fold it in half lengthwise to make the middle vein. 3. Leave the leaf folded in half, with the torn edge on top, make a 45 degree fold toward you about one third to one half of the distance from the end. 4. Make another 45 degree fold away from you on the other end of the leaf. 5. Unfold the leaf. (I refold the "veins" so all the ridges are facing the top of the leaf) Use chalk or ink to enhance the veins. This is a great way to use up scraps and you can have leaves to match any color scheme
